I'm keeping contact with the Revdex.com per your requestI'm not avoiding this complaint, I'm happy to respond and comply, I'm still waiting on the police report to be made available, they said it'd be ready by today but I just checked and it's notAs soon as it is ready, I'll send it overThere's no reasoning with this guy, we've tried to work this out and talk this out with him, but he's threatening us and he's constantly lying, slandering us to at least seven people, he'll have to take us to small claims to get a refund or additional work done on the car

he'd ask me about putting on a spoilerEven though paint was another $220, I agreed to do it and not charge him for itJust the week before he was throwing a fit about when the work would get doneThen he dropped off the spoiler on Monday 12/11, he sent me a text asking whether the work would be done Tuesday or WednesdayI thought to myself, we're doing this for free, why are you rushing us? He called me, threatened to beat me and my son up and burn down our shopI called the police, gave them his car keys, they wrote a report, in it he said his car is fine, looks greatI still have a copy of the reportHe's not to contact us, per the policeHe's mad that we wouldn't do the job in a rush for free

I am rejecting this response because: that was not the case, I have no invoice and the work was not complete, there are some runs in the paint, and also a rock dust chip on the passenger side of VEHICLE, I would like an invoice and the work to be completed the correct way.
