Job was supposed to start of 6-9-they didn't showI called Owner said they are on the way to remove old flooringThey had removed it two weeks prior
Came on the 10th to install tileDid OKExcept entrance was done badly and had to be removed and redone
Before tile was redone carpet was installedResult: Hole in wall, door jams and casing damaged, carpet glue on new tile, cigarette butts and carpet pieces on Garage FloorHouse was not cleaned properly
Entry tile replaced properly after I showed them how to do it (I' a former Contractor)
Carpet needed to be re-installed in enter They cam to cut the carpet but couldn't re-stretch because he didn't have his toolsDone OK two days later
Owner charged my credit card 1/before the job started and balance on 6-16-Job was not done until the 26th
Owner promised a little extra tile, carpet and grout for future repairsAlso promised financial compensation for damage done during installation of carpetGOT NOTHING
