This is my second complaint, ID [redacted] This about the hutch that they won't repair [redacted] lied and said we was behind in payments, we can get credit card payment receipts [redacted] came out on 5/8/to get the hutch to repair, they returned on5/21/2014, it was suppose to be fixedI caught the delivery man because it still was not workingHe called the store manager and was told to leave it and he would come look atHe was suppose to come to look at it on 5/27/and bring the shelvesI have not heard from them about fixing the hutch or returning the shelvesWhile they had it I made a payment, now they're calling for payment but won't bring the shelves or repair the light in the hutchAll my stuff is on the floor in a box, they want payment for something I can't useRight now I and very disappointed with the Revdex.com, I called a [redacted] ***, she said I would get a letterI got a email telling me they made a good faith effort and it was adequately resolvedHow is it resolved and it's still broke and I have no shelves?? I can't use it but the want me to keep paying for itI have put almost $or more into this set, it is due to be paid off in a few monthsI am an senior citizen and don't like to be taken advantage off I want them to fix the hutch and bring the shelves back out or make some kind of Billing adjustment and bring the shelves

5/05/In late November of 2013, we were contacted by the customer concerning an issue with the hutch they rent from usThe store manager went to the property for a service call and determined the electronics were not working properlyDue to the delinquency on the account the customer was not answering phone callsWhen we did make contact again they were able to provide us with the serial number off the back of the unitAfter contacting the manufacturer, it was determined the unit was out of manufacturers warrantyIt was also a discontinued itemWe have tried to determine a repair part for what was wrong with the hutch but the electronic component is a separate part that cannot be ordered or replacedSeveral attempts were made throughout the period of time between first contact on this issue and nowIn January of we tried to pick the item up but the customer would not let us take itWe have determined the best course of action would be to pick up the hutch for service and to replace the fighting component with an aftermarket lighting kitThe customer has agreed and a pickup of the item has been scheduledThe customer is satisfied with this option.Thank you,

As the legal counsel to [redacted] in Norristown, Pennsylvania I am writing to respond to the complaint received from the Revdex.com on December 13, 2016.  According to the complaint the customer entered into a lease agreement with [redacted] on November 10, 2016 for a laptop...

computer.  The customer was expecting a "BRAND NEW" computer.  According to the owner/operator of the [redacted] store they have no "brand new" computers.  What they do have and provided to the customer was a factory refurbished computer which had not been previously leased or owned.  The customer has made a total of $54.84 in lease payments (exclusive of fees and taxes) and still retains possession of the computer.  It is also claimed that the computer is malfunctioning. Upon learning of the customer's complaint, she was invited to come into the [redacted] store with the computer to discuss a resolution of the situation (and for the computer to be examined).  A date for the visit was apparently set, but the customer never showed up.[redacted] typically goes out of its way to work with its customers over complaints or simply because of temporary financial hardship on the part of the customer.  Accordingly, on behalf of [redacted] I reiterate the invitation for the customer to come into the store to confer with management about a mutually acceptable resolution to the matter. I hope this response addresses the customer's complaint.Very Truly Yours, William "Woody" W[redacted]

Review: About two and a half years ago, we purchased a dinning room set from these, the cost was $2500.00. We will end up paying almost $5000.00 for the set. We had problem from the very with the set start, the interior ligh would always come on. I call them, they the light bulbs was going bad, I changed them and the light still came on. November of 2013 the manager came out and he said the sensor was bad and he would relpance it by Thanksgivieing. It is now almost May, the sensor has not been replaced. At present we owe about $900.00. They call looking for a payment won't come and fix the break front We have called them and got nothing but excuses. I want them to fix this, or I am not going to pay them the $900. I am a senor citizen and don't want people taking my money like thisDesired Settlement: They can replace the sensor of just write off the balance that I owe....
