They are bait and switchers working out of California. Yes I filed a complaint with California Attorney General for false advertising . These people are filling our land fills with cheap Chinese Crap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER

This page its a fraud, there's no way to communicate with the customer service. They send a shipping number that is not valid. I hope paypal refund my money back. We should report this page.

Beware, this company is a SCAM. You may received the merchandise but it will be cheap junk, not as advertised and you will not get you money back. I purchased a CAMPING chair from MARSSOE. Delivery took over 3 weeks. It arrived damaged, very poor quality, not as shown in the add pictures and in addition there were no assembly instructions included, no receipt, no shipping paperwork and no reference to this company Maining MCC. When I contacted them via email they offered me a $3 "rebate" for a $65.99 purchase. I replied I will accept nothing less than a full refund of $65.99. I will NOT accept a partial refund. I paid in good faith, for an item that was defective and I expect a full refund. They then offer $9 and I responded I wanted a full refund and had not heard from them.

They also gave me a lame excuse that they have "issues" receiving returned goods. They list an address 32655 Industrial Drive, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071. I asked them to provide a Return Good Authorization number, or whatever return authorization information you use, and I'm certain the return package will be delivered without an issue.to Michigan. They never responded to this request.

This is a total scam. No email verification. Just took my money. No way to contact anyone. Total fraud. When you try to contact them you get a call from someone asking about your computer problems. You can't submit your review unless you rate.

I placed an order last week for $76. I saved a copy of the Order verification and number. When I now go to the site, the order number is non-existant. They responded but it came from a gmail address. So I have sent it all even though an order number should be fine!
I will contact PayPal today for a full refund.

I purchased an items for $95.98, the item arrived 3 weeks late in a soft bubble wrap packaging. I emailed over 10 times with their customer service for a refund and all they would give me is $10. Basically if I wanted a refund I would need to send the item to China because their US company won’t take items back.

Definitely a scam site. I've seen these same two reviews posted everywhere. The address on the website is for lease in Michigan. Don't fall for this.

Good service and nice item. The drone is for my husband's birthday, he just love it very much, it delivered in good shape and works well. I will buy an extra battery later. Awesome customer service. Very fast to reply. you guys are great! Would recommend them to anyone!
