I am rejecting this response because:For several years, the salesman *** *** has tried to sell me an automobileHe was a personal friendI have declined the offer for several years because of my income which is below the poverty lineAlso, I knew I did not have a good credit rating even if I had the desire to purchase an automobileHe inquired about my income and I told him in his office that my disability income is only $per monthI told him a car note and insurance would cost more than my monthly checkI told him to purchase an automobile would be homeless, hungry, and desituteNor did I give Mr*** *** permission to do a credit check with Marstaller Motors or any other financial institution. He claimed he wanted my information as a contact person and to know where the car would be located if not at my brother's residenceI cannot afford to pay for any type of automobile for myself nor anyone else.I drive a Cadillac SevilleWhy would a purchase a car for anyone else and I want and need a new car? I took my brother to Marstaller Motors to purchase an automobileMy brother paid the $down payment on his Kia Sportage and was given the keysMy brother drove the vehicle off the car lotThe Kia Sportage was in his possession up until it was repossed by the finance company a week ago by the finance institution way in ***My brother banks with Wells Fargo in ***, **Why didn't they ask my brother about his bank account? He was employed and received a monthly *** *** check? They should had ask for permission to file credit application.Obviously, Mr*** did a credit check on my brother and I through Marstaller Motor financing and it failedTo make a sell, Mr***, the manager, and the finance office submitted credit applications for the automobile my brother chose throughout the nation without approval. Mr*** *** wanted to make a commission off of anybody by any means necessarySo, I became the victim when my brother's credit was denied by all of the financing institutions throughtout the nationInformed consent was out of the picture.This is not fair or good business practices

I am rejecting this response because: I bought my brother to Marstaller Motors to purchase a vehicleUnknowningly and without approval the salesman, management, and finance department applied for credit on my behalfI didnot give anyone approval to file a credit application for me to purchase a vehicle or for my brother to purchase a vehicle. I was an innocent by stander that is a victim of a bait and switch saleNor did my brother or I receive informed consent to apply for credit with anyone across this nationThe salesman knew I did not qualify to purchase a vehicle as the advertisement required I did not have a job, a check stub, or a bank accountBut I had a permanent addressMy brother who applied for the vehicle fit the qualifications, and he paid his down payment, and received the keys for the vehicleI did not qualified for a vehicleI did not walk into Marstaller Motors to purchase a vehicleI know the salesman personally and he knows my financial situationHe knows I am disabled, elderly, and have a fixed income of $a monthThis has been made clear for several yearsThis is deceptive credit and loan practices as identified with the Federal Trade Commission, alsoI have located other complaints such as this one against Marstaller MotorsThese deceptive practices just to make a sale has to cease

I am rejecting this response because:The respondants used bait and switch tactics to...
make a sale. They asked for my identification as a contact person for my brother. They used false advertisement. They did not ask for verification of income. I am not employed. I do not have a bank account. I did not fit the qualifications to purchase a car as advertised. They did not use full disclosure in providing all details of the sale of the 2011 KIA. They did not disclosed the denial of credit by Marstaller Motors. Nor did they ask for permission to apply for credit with finance institutions across the United States. The agreement was not clear because of markings and circling throughout the page. The warranty was stapled and folded. [redacted] was the purchaser of the vehicle. [redacted] made the down payment and received the keys. I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle or to be a cosignor of a vehicle. I only gave him a ride to purchase a car. I did not apply for any interest in this vehicle. For several years, the salesman has tried to sale me a vehicle and I declined the offer because of my disabilities and income. This salesman was a personal friend. This salesman had a duty to be open and honest while making a sale. Also, I have found similar complaints about Marstaller Motors on the internet. These practices must cease!

the 2011 sportage is registered to [redacted] and [redacted]ms [redacted] signed all the required paperwork including the contract, title application, and notice to consigner as did mr [redacted]
Ms. [redacted] has signed all the required paperwork including a credit application, gap, warranty and retail installment contractMs. [redacted] also provided her social security number, a copy of her drivers license as well as a copy of insurance listing her as the primary owner of the 2011 Kia Sportage.There is no possibility that Ms. [redacted] was unaware that she was purchasing this vehicle.
