Placed order with MartCanada, for a usb cable that clearly said it is for a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX500 USB Cable. Received a generic cable that can be bought from a dollar store. USB cable does not fit the camera, supplier was www.eforbuy.com

fake tracking number! no delievery! won't respond back to emails etc...SCAM ALERT! save your money and go buy from local businesses.

Inaccurate item descriptions, postering as a Canadian company that is really just a cheap china knockoff dime a dozen website. Send's you the wrong item and tells you to pay for the shipping back even though it's 100% their fault. 0 customer service what a joke STAY AWAY.

I chose this company because the website said the were owned and operated in Canada IT'S NOT! Once the order was processed it was converted to US funds That was my first clue that this was not going to go as I'd hoped I ordered the item Nov14/and as of Dec 12th it hasn't been received but the website says it ships next day The website is very misleading; the 'contact us' window is a fax number [redacted] For the amount of $I learned a valuable lesson[redacted]

This company claims to be owned and operated in Canada but actually ships from China and does not have a Canadian contact to handle customer complaintsI have spent about $to have a part shipped to me from China - when I specifically chose them because they said they operated in Canada - and they sent me the wrong part - twice!They will only give me my 100% refund as per their web site policy - if I ship the wrong parts back to them in ChinaI have sent them COD to their Canadian address and am still waiting to get my refund
