Review: I took my best friend and myself to get pedicures. When we arrived we were told it would be a 10 min wait, 45 min later we were taken back to the area. We were asked which pedicures we wanted & I told them. At the end the lady asked me which polish I had picked out & I gave it to her. Just than another woman approached me to ask if I wanted a wax & I said no. As I looked down the lady painting my nails was doing a French manicure when I had not asked for it, than I was asked if I wanted a flower. I said yes but a small one. I was NEVER informed that the flower was extra. When my pedicure was done the flowers were smudged and huge. I told the lady I was not happy with it and she said she would fix it. The final result was worse than before. When we went to pay I had asked for a receipt and I was told that they could not give me a receipt, when I asked for her name she refused to give to me, than when I asked for the owners name I was told that they could not give it to me. The lady was very rude! I felt as if all they wanted was my money and for me to leave.Desired Settlement: This business needs to listen to what customer's are asking for as well as inform them of additional costs of items
