Roofing Scam
"Aaron" was knocking at my door to supposedly assess storm damage despite me having a no soliciting sign right in front of my door. I asked him to leave several times and he refused and when I put him on video asking for his managers name and phone number he refused to answer and told me his name was Aaron. He left a business card that said his name was Daniel P. I reported this to the local police department as fraud. I then proceeded to call both numbers listed on the business card and they both ended up being fake numbers.
Stop your shady practices and exploiting people, especially the uninformed and elderly. Especially never come back to my neighborhood or town again.
Currently there was a hail storm in Glen Burnie Maryland. We have the storm dates to prove it. In addition, we are not the only company knocking doors in this area. We are working with other homeowners in this neighborhood so it is possible a neighbor referred one of our salesman. We do not have a salesman named Aaron in that area. However, we will make sure we will add this to our do not return list of homes and we apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding.

I have pictures and video if the person who refused to leave after being asked. I had a no soliciting sign so you shouldn't be there in the first place. Even so once asked to leave you must leave and not try to sell further.. pretty interesting a guy with your company shirt on said his name was Aaron and told my neighbors the same...while leaving a business card for a person named Daniel. Seems fishy to me...
Employees solicit services via door-to-door selling. Employees falsely advertise aluminum siding and roof replacement is free.
Employees go door-to-door asking telling people they have hail damage and that their company can get homeowner new aluminum siding at no cost to the homeowner. They tell homeowners that their insurance companies will pay for all costs. This is false advertising. They have come to my home during the day and during the night. When at night they are equipped with flash lights to walk homeowner around the property to show them where hail damage occurred. I do not wish to engage their services however, they have come to my home five (5) times so far. I have declined their services and asked they stop coming to my home. They persist. I feel bullied as if they will not take no for an answer.
Today 2/13/19 was the 5th time someone has knocked on my door asking that I retain their service.
If a homeowner wishes to file a claim with their homeowner insurance company that is between the homeowner and the insurer. Companies should not be harassing homeowners with false advertising gimmicks in order to secure business. They should stop telling people the siding replacement/roof replacement is free because that is not true. Insurance companies require homeowners pay deductibles. There is a sham. They are either defrauding the insurance companies or the homeowners whichever will provide them the best price. This practice should be prohibited.
Martellini Construction should 1. Stop claiming their service is a free service. 2. Stop soliciting door-to-door 3. Stop coming to my home
We have put this home on our do not return list. However I do believe one of the neighbors referred this home us. We have installed many homes in this neighborhood. And are in the process of installing many more.
False advertising response: Our company does work with insurance companies to get damages replaced, mitgage damages, and repair damages. We have worked hundreds of clients in the area, and many other in this same neighborhood.

I do not accept the explanation provided because none of the neighbors that I know are using your service, so I do not believe I was referred by a neighbor.
You say that you work with insurance companies but, it is the homeowner who much contact their insurance company and pay their deductible. If deductibles are required then you cannot say the service is free.
You did not address the fact that the company solicits business by going door-to-door. It is unsafe to both employee and potential customer
