I called for air conditioning services from *** in *** *** ** They came and assessed my A.Cunit and guaranteed me that they could make huge improvements in my ambient temp inside my house The cost was going to be per month for months The problem is that the service they provided did not do anything or make any difference in my ambient temp inside my house The guy came back several times to take readings of the difference in the temp from my return air vent to the closest output vent His service promised a degree colder decrease in air temp The temp never dropped any more than originally before the service was provided My complaint is they are threatening me with sending my account to collections if I dont pay Why should I pay for a service that promised something that was NEVER provided as described The service made zero differmece in air temp and actually my electricity bill was the highest its ever been the past months The company also
