ID#***First, I want to thank the Revdex.com for your service to our communities, and it is definitely a wonderful benefit we have as AmericansMy Grandfather, the late General *** *** *** (Air Force, Ret.) always praised the Revdex.com for their serviceI am glad to have the opportunity to respond to a client who was upset, especially as it was Completely unknown to me for Sometime, until this clients group started trying to take their credit card fees back, this alerted me to their unhappinessI would like to make the record clear that I got all of my fees returned that they tried to contest because I have over pages of work for this group.They had a time deadlineThe deadline was not meantI informed them it was very close and might not get filed in time, however they said to go ahead anywaysOnce they were aware their Political Action Committee was not filed on time (due to bureaucratic timelines), they started contesting all of their charges to my firm even though I did a substantial amount of workI do not have a refund policy, and I don't work on a contingency basisTruthfully, my mistake was saying I would work for her group.This letter is my formal response to this group's complaints and why they are upset and hopefully they will realize I had a perfect five star rating for yearsI found out they were unhappy and I knew it was because their political agenda did not get met.To add insult to injury this person and her business partners put bad reviews on my *** pageI don't know why they chose to slander me on ***, and she also threatened that many of her friends would also post bad reviews about me if I did not give back the money that worked hard for her to earn.I will also include all of her work to prove that I did plenty of work for the fees charged, and the slander and trying to get your money back is just sad to meI wish we could move on from this, the Credit card companies clearly sided with me, and frankly I think the *** reviews they posted only make them look worseBusiness has never been betterThank you Revdex.com!
