Review: On May 3rd, I visited the winery and preodered a bottle of wine of Cabernet Sauvignon. The associated advised it would be ready for pick up in a few weeks. I have followed up multiple times and every time there seems to be an issue - the labels, then it was the harvest and her wedding. Last response I received was on 10/7 and she would ship to me on in mid-November. I sent two more emails asking what is needed to ship and requesting refund and have received no response from the company.
I have the receipt and copies of all email corresponse if needed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or the bottle of wine I pre-ordered. At this point, I would even be willing to take a bottle of Moscato in its place.
