Sent: Monday, October 12, 10:PMTo: drteamSubject: Complaint response cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> Hello my name is Jasmine Complaint Id: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) A friend of mine referred her friend to purchase hair extensions from meI agreed to meet with her outside of the salon on a Sunday at a bank to make the exchangeShe purchased bundles of hair from me on one day and she was so pleased with the hair that over a week later she purchased moreShe claims to have been a licensed professional stylist for over years yet she's insisting that I sold her poor quality hair extensionsI've never had any complaints from any clients that I have periodThis lady was very pleased with the hair, so much that she bought more hair after she had time to test itIn her complaint against me she told several liesShe claimed that I refused to help her and that I told her I knew I was selling poor quality hair which is why I discontinued itThat was a complete lieEven if that were the case, it would be silly for me to admit that to a person who I knew nothing aboutWhen this young lady initially reached out to me stating that she had a problem with the extensions, I immediately replied and I gave her an invitation to call me at any time so that we could further discuss her concernUltimately she never called meShe only began being very disrespectful and vulgur over text messages so my last reply to her was me discontinuing the conversationI made it very clear that I had no problem speaking with her or making an attempt to resolve the problemUltimately she only wanted to be violent and curse or be disrespectfulIn my defense, I've taken screen shots of our entire conversation in which I have attached to this emailI am asking the Revdex.com To view the text messages and take them into consideration before giving my business a negative gradeI serve hundreds of clients in the city of Houston and surrounding cities and I have NEVER had to deal with a situation like this at allThanks, looking forward to your reply

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint MsJasmine is unable to accept responsibility for the products she sold me if I was trying to be dishonest I would have complained on all bundles I received from herShe does not even know what she sold meWhen I received the first bundles of hair I only colored two and showed her and was pleased with the turn outI decided to use bundles in my daughters hair which this one bundle in question did not react like the other two it didn't hold curl and was dry I did the same thing to this bundle as I did to the first twoThe next bundles was not used until days laterI sent Jasmine a text shortly after I put the bundles in my daughters asking her what to use because it was dryI even called another salon that sells hair to ask about the course texture trying to believe this hair was OKJasmine felt the need to ask this friend how I liked the hair and she told her whateverA professional hair dresser would have address the person that the money came from meThe friend she is talking about never asked me about my daughter hair we didn't have a conversation about the dry bundle in her head we talked about my hair and I said it's OK I can deal with it however its not 7a gradeThis same friend didn't even buy hair from Jasmine after seeing my hot messJasmine is a lier she is lying on this hair just like she lying to the governmentJasmine never owned up to her poor bundle and half good hair she soldHer problem is I didn't speak to her like she wanted me to I am grown if I want to say your hair is *** I can so if that's the lame reason why she can't own up to the poor bundle and half good hair she sold it's sadAnyone that gives a person living in a free apartment funded by the government and your not happy there will be some harsh words saidI would half understand Jasmine's problem had I called her out her name or said something other then ***Jasmine has made no attempt to resolve this problem saying call me we can talk about what you telling me I didn't use professional productsdollars is what I asked for because I felt that was fair because I really could deal with the other bundles not the one Jasmine said she didn't sell anymoreThank god because I would have had dried up bundlesThe bundle came up in conversation because I told her I liked that curl pattern and she told me she didn't have it anymore the company stop sellingNothing to lye aboutI am very displeased with Jasmine and would not buy eyes from her if I needed to see.

I've never had any complaints from any clients that I have period. This lady was very pleased with the hair, so much that she bought more hair after she had time to test it. In her complaint against me she told several lies. She claimed that I refused to help her and that I told her I knew I was selling poor quality hair which is why I discontinued it. That was a complete lie. Even if that were the case, it would be silly for me to admit that to a person who I knew nothing about.
