We were referred to [redacted] Williams Insurance by our broker, we went with [redacted] because he came back with the best quote and after speaking with ***, seemed as if we'd be taking care of quite well as far as our insurance needsAs soon as we got our new home, we started getting letters from Safeco stating we owed $for mortgage insuranceThis wasn't possible because we paid this up front for a year at the title officeI called [redacted] and he said he'd call the under writers, it was due to our close date changing by daysHe said just ignore if we received anymore bills I didn't get anymore bills but I did notice my auto insurance (auto draft) went up over a hundred dollars and I did not receive a notification informing me of any changesThe 2nd month same thing an extra charge was drafted and no notification of why, so I called the customer service this time and was told it was for an increase owed on mortgage insuranceI was told that [redacted] said don't send mail to customers
