because:Yes, Big Bus did offer a settlement but compensation should have been of near equal value.We initially paid in full for a family tour package and the best offer Mr Laxmi P could offer was the lowest possible ticket pricing, we are a family of and would have preferred to have been offered the family ticket fare, after all our New York tickets cost $and their offer equals $126.00, that is not a fare price valueBIg Bus Tours should at least provide equal VALUE.BIg Bus Order preference # *** dated * Jul for a total price of $ purchased under my wife's acctAcct holder *** ** ***
