Mrs*** was charged times on her final payment due to a software errorImmediately after the error occurred the representative working with Mrs*** explained that she had accidentally charged her more than once, and then immediately proceeded to refund the incorrect chargesAfterwards we then sent proof to Mrs***, at her request, that the payments had been refundedWe next wrote a letter to Mrs***'s bank to help make sure the funds were released as soon as possible due to our mistakeAttached please find the refund confirmation screenshot which shows the two overcharges and the refund confirmation for both charges and also shows that the refunds were processed the same day as the original transactions on 03/31/Also attached please find a copy of the letter written to the student's bank on our behalf, a copy of the student's contract stating the policies of her agreement, and a copy of all invoices charged on her accountLastly please find the attached email chain that shows the correspondence between Mrs*** and our company
At this time Mrs***'s accounts have been closed with no further payments owed

Review: A contract was signed 11/31/2012 for 2 students, approved monthly amounts of $106.00 for each student $106.00 x 2 = $212.00 monthly. If an audit of the history of all the charges and automatic drafts that were debited on my account, there were several unauthorized drafts of $125.00 for my daughters account. Which was not the agreed amount of $106.00 monthly per the signed contract. I never signed any documentation, renewal, or rate increase to authorize any increases of charges or drafts from my account. I have attached copies of bank statements as supporting documentation and emailed them all to this billing company. On 3/19/2014 a freeze/cancellation form was submitted to the email address of martialartsfinancial.com to temporarily freeze / cancel my daughters membership. I was informed there was a limit on freeze time 90 days, I then opted to submit a cancellation form provided by Martial Arts Financial and terminate the membership with a local jiu jitsu facility. With email confirmation my cancellation form was received and in process, I was told that I would be responsible for a 60 day membership buy out. I at no time disputed any cancellation policy and have agreed to pay $106.00 (30 day cancellation) fee. I will not authorize or agree to any buy out membership charges or payments, per the BILLING section of their own contract that was signed on 11/31/2012 Children under 18 may cancel at any time with written notification of 30 days. My cancellation notice was officially submitted on 3/24/2014. According to correct calculations there should be 1 (one) final payment due to Martial Arts Financial ($106.00) and the contract should then be terminated. When making the final payment over the phone I charged $318.00. I have requested multiple times to be refunded the over deduction of $212.00 with no success.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be credited the Amount Due $212.00 Thank You
