This is in regards to complaint ID number *** I was instructed to write YET ANOTHER letter to the customer with the complaint. I have no idea what to say at this point. I have an entirely different version of the situation. I not only have witnesses to the actual scenario. I have other business owners that will attest to this customer's attitude and general character. I was told to write and submit this letter within a week (which this letter is), but I have no idea what to honestly say at this point. We went well out of our way trying to help this man out. And no amount of letter writing in the world is going to make him see it my way or vice versa. So here is my letter. I have very few opportunities to get on the computer and type these out as I've been on the road alot for my other job lately. And my phone is difficult for me to use much of the time due to my locations and internet signal. I usually wait to get home to email Thankyou *** VRE

Sir, After you received the engine, I went out of my way to make sure the installation and break in process went smoothly. I visited your house (free of charge), and spent nearly an hour squaring simple things away so that the engine tune was close to where it needed to
be. I left after the engine had run flawlessly and had gone through camshaft break in for around minutes of total running time. My friend *** attended this with me Quite awhile later, I felt the urge to call and see if you'd road tested the car. You answered the phone stating "I've been trying to reach you!!" I always answer my calls. The are ZERO calls on my phone log for that time frame. I can easily prove this. You then stated that the camshaft had a flat lobe. I asked you how you came to this determination, and you had no reply for that. I then told you to immediately get the engine to me and WE could look at it together "right away" and determine what happened to it. You were opposed to this and refused to bring it A few days later, you showed up at the shop telling me that there were two front oil gallery plugs left out of the engine. I again asked you how you came to this determination. You again had no answer for this. I AGAIN stated, "Well.....bring it here and we can IMMEDIATELY disassemble it and get to the cause of the problem." You refused to bring it. I offered this SEVERAL times in the same conversation, and I have multiple witnesses that will attest to it. The talk turned into an argument with you not stating how or why you came to your conclusion, and I asked you to leave. I was tired of the confrontation and I was tired of defending my work with you In conclusion, I offered my services several times to diagnose the problem. I offered to solve the problem promptly. You denied each offer. I have witnesses to the several times the offer was made. The "mechanic" (non professional engine builder) whom you took the engine to after the problem occurred.......has had a personal problem with me for probably twenty years. I don't believe he would give you accurate information. Period. Mostly because of his feelings toward me. I've called and conferred with SEVERAL "major" players in the engine building industry who have REMARKABLE credentials. They ALL agreed that an engine WOULD NOT survive the camshaft break in with the front oil gallery plugs missing. I have people in the industry.....PROFESSIONAL ENGINE BUILDERS (not backyard garage mechanics).....that WILL testify that the engine would NOT survive the camshaft break in process, MUCH LESS live another 4-hours afterward. There are several things I can show and do to PROVE this. I did my best to go out of my way for you, and your temper got the best of you. I'm sorry that the experience wasn't good for you. I've never had an experience on this level with another customer. The owner of *** *** *** in Rockdale, Il told me EXACTLY the same thing regarding his experience with you. And I'm positive that he reflects the same feelings I have regarding our situations involving you*** VRE

April 20 spoke with [redacted] at Revdex.com.   1.Service provider (voodoo race engineering ) gave inaccurate account of service and outcome.   2. Inaccurate account of dispositions of service provider and myself.His demeanor was unprofessional.   3.Refund of money charged for service.    4. Duration of time(nine months) for service was excessive.
