Our residents' questions and concerns are of the highest priority to our company.
After reviewing the documented concerns and the account in reference, I have found that the amount billed for the utility usage is incorrect. It looks as though the resident was charged $281.58 and after my review and adjustments I have found that he had a remaining balance of $145.89 in utility charges. We have also decided to waive the $100 in damages due to not having accurate proof of the original condition of the items charged for.
We would like to resolve this with the credit of $135.69 for the utility debt and the waiving of the $100 for damage. We will be processing a refund of $235.69 in addition to the $116.62 that was already paid to the resident.
We would like to thank you for bring this to our attention and are very please that we were able to resolve this issue.
