Review: Ordered a pair of karate pants in black, size 5. I received karate pants white, size 4. Checked the receipt. It clearly states a pair of black, size 5. I emailed the business and complained via email. No response. I followed their guidelines on sending an item back. I sent it back over a week ago and still have not heard from them. I emailed them again. No response. Poor, poor customer service. I expected an email or phone call apologizing for the mistake, and that they would correct it immediately. No response.Desired Settlement: I would like a pair of black karate pants, size 5, as ordered. No apology needed. We are now going on 1 month, and this is still not resolved.
