Review: [redacted] Appliance and/or Mr. [redacted] will make the first appointment to access the problem of your appliance...perfect. This has happened twice to our home... Than he never returns with the parts to fix the appliances, does not returns phone calls, if you do get Mr. [redacted] on the phone he can be rude to you, hangs up on you, he is honest & states he has forgotten about you :(! Mr. [redacted] and/or [redacted] Appliances did finally schedule an appointment with me and did not show up for the appointment on Friday, November 8, 2013 between 11:00 - 1:00. He never called to say he was not coming, nor did he have anyone else call to notify our household that he was not coming. We contacted him on Monday, November 11, 2013 in the morning he stated he had a medical problem and could not deal with this to today...felt very bad for him. Today is November 14, 2013 no one from [redacted] Appliances has called us to give us an update regarding when we will have our appliances repaired...3 appliances! The first service call was September 23, 2013 and parts would take 7 - 14 business to receive!

This has been going on for ONE AND HALF MONTHS!! The one thing I am truly lucky about this time, I can still use my WASHER and DRYER but what if they where not useable for ONE AND HALF MONTHS...still waiting for Mr. [redacted] and/or [redacted] Appliances to fix these appliances? [redacted] Appliances and/or Mr. [redacted] did this to our household last year for 2 months with our DRYER, it was not working at all!! I was very sick at the time...in and out of the hospital. Finally the manufacture had to replace my DRYER and send a new company to install the DRYER. At that time I would not make a complaint regarding Mr. [redacted] and/or [redacted] Appliances...at times companies just make mistakes. This company has done the same thing again...enough is enough!

I would just like my appliances working and everyone is too busy in life to make as many phone calls as my husband and have I to Mr. [redacted]. We bought the appliances in good faith, including the extended warranties...he was hired by the manufacture to repair the appliance --- not to play games. What if Mr. [redacted] or [redacted] Appliance serviced the Senior or Disabled Household like he has our household?

So today November 14, 2013 I have called the manufacture to resolve this issue and ask for a new company to service my appliances. They tried to call Mr. [redacted] several times on the phone, while I was on hold and Mr. [redacted] did not respond to the manufactures phone calls...

The manufacture has made the choice to hire another company to take charge of my account. The new company has called and I have an appointment with them...I am keeping my fingers crossed!!Desired Settlement: I would like this post placed on the "Revdex.com" website so people are aware of the lack of service they could experience with Mr. [redacted] and/or [redacted] Appliance. It is sad to have this happen to households that are busy but this should never - never happen to the elderly or special needs households. No one should be rude, not have phone calls returned and I had a scheduled appointment with Mr. [redacted] that he never kept - never called me and finally I had to call him to find out when he was coming out...still he has not re-scheduled another appointment for 6 business days... How many other consumers is this happening to?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. It is great neither of us want to do business together. Yes...this company is who - they -are...not professional with completing their service contracts with the manufacture.
