Big Delta Powersports Inc regrets that the customer had a bad experience but the customer was told that the normal turnaround time on fixing units at this time of year was 4- 5 weeks not months. The issue with the ATV was not a manufacturer's warranty defect so it was not covered by warranty. It was...

a physical damage claim due to running over or into something breaking an A-ARM part on the ATV. We had to order the part which takes 4-6 days to come in and then schedule a tech to fix unit and we had unit fixed and we called them on April 5, 2017 that it was ready and young man came and picked so we actually fixed the unit within 2 weeks of being dropped off at dealership. The young man that came to pick the unit up was very polite and  wanted to know what kind of insurance he needed to get to protect from these types of damages that were not covered by warranty. We are going to extend an offer of a free oil change service to the customer if they will bring the unit back in as a jester of good will for the misunderstanding but in no way is Big Delta Powersports Inc admitting any fault in the ordeal.
