Finding a decent, honest mechanic can be very stressful especially when you are new to the area MARTIN CHEVROLET did not let me down! Everything from beginning to end was awesomeKnowledgeable staff, courtesy, reasonably priced and vehicle ready on timeThey understood my dilemma and listened to my needsLaura on the phone understood I have to get to school to take a college exam the next morning and it was late in the day that I truck arrived by tow, so she sent a porter to escort me to pick up a loaner vehicleGeorge the porter was so polite; I felt comfort and assurance that I am in good handsScott a service advisor explained all my questions about what my truck needed with description of service, parts and priceI gave the ok and Paul performed the work, test drove and declared all is good to go! So I leased a new truck and the next day I decided I would rather buy it instead, so I email my sales person and she responds I can do it let her work out some numbers and she will get back to me, I emailed her every day for four days each time she told me she was working on it finally I got fed up and call the finance department and they informed me my deal was now closed and had I called sooner he could have helped *** so my sales person never worked on anything and let it ride out I go threw cars like crazy and have never had a bad experience till now not only will I never go back but I recommend no one else does as well.Ok that's fine how much would it go up

We came in to look at trucks and Raul our Sales Rep was there to help us all the way throughIt took the bank three days to approve us but Raul got the done! It was a also a big plus that Raul spoke Spanish!

Thay had a truck on line for one price and after I called to make sure that was the right price thay said it was I went to the dealer and the price was a lot more because thay put a plow on it and on line it shows it with a plow watch out for these guys

They underhandedly keep you and have you going for hours with "bait" and switch tactics. Forced me into a deal BY NOT LETTING ME HAVE MY TRUCK BACK AFTER ASKING 4 TO 5 TIMES to CANCEL the deal for the car! Which magically cost the same as my monthly payment for the truck. Coincidence, I don't think so, they gave some bull about my truck had a transmission problem but the funny thing is went there Sunday as I went to the doctors for my son broken ankle and it now had a stock number sticker in the Clearly in the window.

Never be in a hurry, I purchased a 2014 2500HD from Martin only to find later, next day, it had been a rental, the entire drivers side including box had been replaced/painted. No [redacted] reports or anything and **, Phil and sales Guy [redacted] are playing innocent, even ** direct says too bad. What a bunch of [redacted] is [redacted] for anyway
