I have been a customer of this dry cleaners for many yearsTheir customer service was average, nothing special until new owner(s) took over the business The counter personal changed and customer service is much professional, and organizedThey go out of their way to ensure I'm always satisfied with the work qualityI like the fact that this place is an actual dry cleaning plant and all work is done in houseI also noticed the drive through have improved a great deal, its way faster than before and very convenience when I'm in a rush I truly like the changes made by the new owners, and hope they continue to improveI believe they will become a customer service model for the community of Stuart
If I could give this place stars I would! My husband dropped off a new dress of mine with a little makeup stain on the collar and his brand new tuxedo shirt to be pressedWe picked it up today and when I got home to look at the items it was like NOTHING was done to either! We called the place back and upon that conversation my husband demanded a refund and said we would be going somewhere else The women who we spoke to agreedI now had to drop off my items at a new cleaners to be rushed( because I am flying out on Tuesday, they were closing in an hour and it is saterday while I am on my way into workI dropped off the cloths and then went promptly to Martin County CleanersThis is all less then an hour from when I spoke to them on the phoneI got there and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking aboutAsked to see the items WHICH I had already dropped off to be rush orderedWhen I said I did not have them and I needed my refund now so I can not be late for workThe women "not liking my tone" proceeded to *** me out saying she would not give me a refund and as I drove off Screaming *** *** *** at the top of her voice to my carNever in my life have I seen a business run in such a matterI am somewhat new to Florida and have been in customer service for 20+ yearsI am disgusted that business in the Stuart area are able to stay around, giving me a bad taste for the community at large
