The equipment Reiner installed in 2014 came with a 10 year manufacturer parts warranty and a 2-year Reiner labor warranty.  Reiner has fulfilled all of the requirements of the labor warranty; a fact that has not been disputed by Ms. [redacted].   Ms. [redacted] neglected to mention that she...

has opted against the preventive maintenance contracts offered to her by Reiner; which could void both manufacturer and Reiner warranty coverage.  Furthermore, Ms. [redacted] has not paid for the service bills she authorized and approved dating back to April 2017.  Ms. [redacted] recently sold the home where the equipment is located; yet Reiner is working with the new owner to schedule a meeting with the manufacturer's representative later this week with hope of determining the source of the problem.  Despite the breach of trust and change in ownership, Reiner will continue to seek a fair resolution to this manufacturer issue.  Tony G[redacted], VPReiner Group Inc.

I met with Ms. [redacted] and her friend [redacted] on 7/13. Immediately before our meeting Ms. [redacted] visited Reiner's Fair Lawn service department and paid for 1 of the 2 outstanding invoices.  During our meeting I showed Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] a copy of the sole remaining service invoice that was signed and authorized by Ms. [redacted].  It would seem that part of her confusion was due to the fact that both April invoices were the same amount.  I went step by step showing how the ticket #'s , descriptions, dates, service tech, etc were clearly different and the Ms. [redacted] signed both documents attesting to the fact that Reiner's technicians were at her home and performed the work written on the tickets she signed.Today we received an email from Ms. [redacted] informing us that the check for the last outstanding service call was mailed to our office.  Once received her balance will be $0Despite these unsupported claims, Reiner has continued to work with the local distributor and the new homeowner in an attempt to resolve the going manufacturer's warranty issue.    Although this exceeds Reiner's warranty requirements, we are committed to positive customer results and will continue to assist as long as required. Regards,Tony G[redacted], VPReiner Group Inc.
