I tried to assure her that while I understood she was upset the tree should not experience any adverse effects from these small limbs being cut at this time of yearThis was met with expletives and my being told that she demanded we "make it right by replacing her tree or she would sue James River and win! Maintenance here sucks. We have been waiting months for them to fix our closet door and about a month for them to replace the washer and drier. There have been at least 3 groups of Maintenance men since I have been here about a year. They don't have uniforms on and I would be surprised if they were actually certified. I will call the Revdex.com and find out. Management seems to rent to the lowest sm on earth. Lots of drug traffic comes through here. We will be moving asap unless something changes. They only clean once a week or other week. The management don't seem to know how to handle the situations here.
