The worst experience ever.
I was there in a sunny Sunday they were super busy, they had problems removing something I had in my windows and I was holding the line, I ask if I could con back the next day (Monday) to get that remove, that way I wouldn’t hold the line and they could clean my car the way it should, the girl in the office said thanks for been so compressive and to please bring the car the next day.
I went back the next day and the old “floor manager was there” (that guy has been there for a long time, way too long).
After I pass by the air dry machine I got off my can and I when to the office girl to explain my situation.
The floor manager ask the guys to stop cleaning my car because I was just looking for them to clean my car for free.
He was super nasty and aggressive with me. Just to prove him wasn’t about getting a car wash for free I give one of the guys there a 10 dollars bill as a tip.
I use to go to this place every Saturday or Sunday early in the morning, I promise to do not go there ever.
I feel sorry for the people who needs to work with that nasty guy, I hope this guy realize he needs to tread the costumers with respect.
Now I am going to the 15th street car wash and has been good for now.
