I contracted Martin to strip and repaint my wrought iron railing on my porchOn August 10, He repainted most of the railing when it started to rainHe said he was going to finish up for the day but would be back tomorrow to complete the job I paid him $400, in good faith, before he leftThe following week was raining most of the time which he stated he could not paint in the rain The week after that he said he had a family emergency in Florida and was out of townHe said he would contact me when he was home I’ve been trying to contact him via phone calls, texts and emailHe has yet to respond
