This issues set forth in [redacted]’s complaint are not correct. [redacted] was divorced in January of 2016, and was told repeatedly that she could not be listed on her ex-husband’s policy. She was fully aware of the situation and choose not to purchase her own policy after the divorce. The...
[redacted] Underwriting department removed her from her husband’s policy who was already remarried in August of 2016. In March 2018, I advise [redacted] I would not write her a new policy as she was not forthcoming in 2016 when she tried to make a claim under her ex-husband’s policy, when she knew she was not covered under the policy. I was very professional to her. She also advised she does not own a car at this time so she could not buy a policy from [redacted]. I had our complaint department review this facts again, since this was from 2016 and they again advised [redacted] all was done correctly. Thank you. [redacted]
