This issues set forth in [redacted] ***’s complaint are not correct [redacted] was divorced in January of 2016, and was told repeatedly that she could not be listed on her ex-husband’s policy She was fully aware of the situation and choose not to purchase her own policy after the divorceThe [redacted] Underwriting department removed her from her husband’s policy who was already remarried in August of In March 2018, I advise [redacted] I would not write her a new policy as she was not forthcoming in when she tried to make a claim under her ex-husband’s policy, when she knew she was not covered under the policyI was very professional to her She also advised she does not own a car at this time so she could not buy a policy from [redacted] I had our complaint department review this facts again, since this was from and they again advised [redacted] all was done correctlyThank you [redacted]
