store at the checkout area. This is the same guarantee we have had since 1969 when the store opened. Also included is the e-mail from the customer and our response for resolution of the complaint.
The customer did return to our store and purchase replacement plants at the offer we presented her.
We hope the customer will return to our store for future purchases and that she was satisfied with our resolution to this incident.
