About three weeks ago my neighbor came over and told me you better come and look at your yard. Her mowing service, Martin Lawn Service, got there industrial mower stuck in my yard. There are two deep holes my yard so I called Martin Lawn Service and they said they would repair the damage. After about 10 days on the 24th of april, I called again asking when are you repairing my lawn. The woman on the phone said in a couple of days. It is now May 6 and still no word from them. Am very frustrated. I shouldn't have to fix this myself.

In response to the complaint *ade by ***, he is not our customer, he lives next to a customer. We got our *ower stuck in our customer’s lawn and *ade a rut in his getting our machine out of the lawn. He called and said he was ***’s neighbor. I sent a crew the next day to repair ***’s neighbors lawn. I personally checked on it and saw it was fixed. *r. *** called again saying we did not fix his lawn. I had pictures and saw the repairs for *s. ***’s neighbors lawn.
When the complaint was made to Revdex.com, is when I found out that he lives 6-8 houses down from *s. ***’s lawn, he lives next to a different customer. I stopped by to see the rut and told him we will fix it. Since then, it has rained and rained and rained and has not been dry enough to repair it correctly. We can fill it in while wet and put straw on it if he wishes, but I will not come back a second time if he is not satisfied.
I have him on our list of things to do when the weather will let us.

I am rejecting this response because How can Jason M say my yard was to wet to repair when he repaired *** the next day when it was wetand hasn't repaired mine after over 30 days. His secretary told me about two weeks ago on a wednesday they would be out to fix my yard. Again no one ever showed up.Also Beth Pederson is my next door neighbor not Janice M. Beth also told me she didn't even know why they were mowing her lawn because she had no contract with them. Another thing is you mean to tell me your men who screwed up my yard don't even know where they did it. Also Jason M came to my house and saw the holes and said it looked bad and if the next day was dry he might come out and fix the yard. The next two days were dry and again no one showed up. Same old story. I have given up on this unreliable lawn service and fixed it myself. This situation was never resolved with Jason M.

On June 13, 2018, Martin Lawn employees mowed and trimmed our lawn. The operator of the industrial mower dislocated landscaping blocks around a flower bed in our back yard, plowed over and damaged a third of the landscaping blocks we had around the tree in our front yard that were secured together with landscape adhesive. They also broke the post on the pole light we have in our front yard. I have contacted the people at the Martin office asking when they will have someone come out and assess the damage and make appropriate repairs. It has been one week and no one has returned my calls or made contact concerning repair of the damage they did to my property. It was obvious that the employee they had operating this large industrial mower lacked proper training and experience since damage of this type had not occurred during the last five years we have owned our villa home. Thie mowing contract is handled by our villa association.
