Dear ***Thank you for your email.The customer called us and complained about the shaft of the break cueWe wanted him to send us a picture first, but after we received the picture, we didn't see any problems with it so we wanted him to return the shaft to us so we can see what was the
problemYou can see the two pictures he sent to us via attachmentIf we found any problems with the shaft, then we would send him another one, but he kept telling us to send a new one so he can have it by Tuesday and that he'll send the other shaft later onOur policy for all of our customers is that if they want a replacement, then they would have to return the item first before we ship out a new oneTo provide him a good service, we have refunded him his money on September 21st via PaypalYou can see the attachmentWe hope this clarification is enough information to understand the situation.Sincerely,Championcue
