I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mrs[redacted] called myself a liar, while Mrs [redacted] and her Secretary both gave me different stories on when and how I would be paid, they never ever once told me a date and time, they both gave me different excuses on when their bookkeeper works for them, the secretary said the bookkeeper works on Thursday and Mrs [redacted] stated to me the bookkeeper works on weekends, I am not a liar, I may have been wrong on the days in which I reported the incident, but I am not a liar, I walk into a lions den that day Regards, [redacted]

Claimant has been refunded the unused portion of his retainer, to his satisfaction as set on the annexed statement. Contrary to what he states there was no delay in refunding him the money, nor was it over days when he filed the complaint. He advised our office on December 30, that he and his wife were reconciling. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you, Trinidad M [redacted]
