I hired Tracy to do various jobs around my house ie, installing a remote feature in my ceiling fan in my bedroom, a hot water heater, insulation in my garage and crawl space, installing a switch/dial for my main water supply in garage and replacing my garage door motor.It has been nothing but problems which cost me a lot more money than what his estimate originally included.When he installed the remote feature in my ceiling fan, the fan started making noise and the whole fan had to be replaced.When he installed the hot water heater/dials in my garage/crawl space, the workers left the water on which collected outside my house and in the crawl space.I also had a leak in the garage which resulted in Tracy coming back to fix. Tracy brought a worker to do the insulation in my garage/crawl space.This worker took my supplies, including ladders/tools and caused damage to them.They used a spray foam insulator which they got all over my walls, my ladder, my tools and they chipped my floor from throwing tools on it. The worker was also making gambling deals on his phone when he was supposed to be working. When he replaced the motor in my garage, originally he charged me 800 dollars just for that job, which then resulted in paying 1400 dollars because he needed more parts including the mechanism above the garage door.I only used the garage door 4 times when the chain disconnected from the ceiling, hit me in the head and the garage door no longer works.I called Tracy to have him come out and fix this since its under warranty.He has canceled on me and has not shown up for 4 times now. He was supposed to come out again tonight, and I just received another text with him canceling.I work as a teacher in the day and at a doctors office at night and I have missed so much work because he schedules with me and cancels.I now had to call Whitehall Doors to come out and fix this which is now costing me 95 dollars per 30 min just for labor.I am upset and he never gave me a refund.I gave him a lot of money ($3817.80)

Contracted *** to install 2 HVAC systems, get them permitted and inspected. Despite warnings from the gas company about water pressure, Tracy (the owner) did not install the proper sized pipe for one of the furnaces, so it did not work over the winter. This potential issue was even clearly defined in the contract and Tracy warrantied the installation, guaranteeing that if it did not work properly he would come back and fix the piping. Furthermore, it has now been almost a year since this project started, and he still has not gotten it inspected, which was also in the contract. Tracy no longer answers my phone calls, texts, or emails. Our contract also specified a 1-year warranty, which clearly he is not standing by.
