I received your email concerning my complaint ID# *** on 08/09/and called *** *** and talked to the General Manager and he agreed to mail me a check for the $on 08/10/2016. As of
today I have not received the check so PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE MY COMPLAINT.. I will notify you when I get the check or see what other options I have. Thank you... *** *** at ***@windstream.net
