Martin Mobile Fleet Wash System

I bought a wash unit from mr Martin. Called him and told him it was too high. Sent him a video of it. Told me he would talk to his builder and see what they could do. It was a used unit but he told me he would give me a warranty like a new one and if anything would need fixed on it they would send someone up to fix it. He has blocked my calls and won't fix the unit that I have. I have all the texts messages between the two of us about the warranty and fixing the height issue. I did finally get to talk to him and he said he would try to find another buyer for the unit or buy it back off of me at a reduced rate. He has sense then blocked my number once again and won't return emails. He even said on the phone that it seemed like it would t work out for me and he would find a buyer or buy it back to stay in contact with him. But how do you do that when he blocks your callsI did hear from the company. As of right now he says he is going to make it right.
