They don't care about maintaining the quality of the equipment they rentThey rented me the most rickety and uncushioned knee scooter they hadI had asked ahead of time about the quality of the cushion and coveringI was told they did their best to keep them in good conditionMine was not cushioned well and once I got on it, I found the vinyl covering was ripped across where the knee goes in places It actually cut my knee using itAfter hours total on the scooter, I didn't use it continuously, the cushioning barely worked and I was in tremendous painIt felt like I was nearly leaning on a board of woodA friend loaned me hers, so I took the scooter backThey charged me $for having it two weeksNo apologies Don't rent from Martin MobilityBuy one for between $130-Martin Mobility charges $135/mo

Amazing! Although the distance between Martin Mobility and me in the UK is thousands of miles this company were only too pleased to help me with a mobility scooter problem. After just a few emails between Randall (Sales Manager) and myself we have got it going. Not one UK mobility scooter supplier replied to my problem and Martin Mobility were the only one to do so although there was no sales/money involved. Good on them I say.
