Mr*** had come to my office on 11/3/to purchase a vehicleHe did not have enough down payment at the time to purchase a vehicle and opted for the down payment assistance option we offerHe had $to pay down and needed a payment as close to $per month as he could getHe opted to pay
$down plus his taxes and the breakdown of this is as follows, and the documents are attached, $down at delivery and a $personal side loan to apply to his down payment which would be made due on 3/15/when he receives his income taxPlease review the documents attached as they will show he not only signed them but was explained each part and he was required to initial them as wellI have also attached the contact history with Mr*** and you will see he even acknowledged paying only $down and agreeing to the $back at income taxThe issue at hand is that he was repossessed due to non payment of his February payment and his March paymentHe was past due for two payments which is not allowed and he had acknowledged that by initialing and signing our company policy at time of closingMr*** can't sign documents and agree to terms and then suddenly feel as if he does not have to uphold his obligationsWhile we do understand his frustration, we are saddened he felt as if he had to send a complaint to the Revdex.com and accuse us of less than superior business practices

He has contacted just about every employee here at Martin Motors concerning his account and he had on more than one occasion been far less than respectable with each of us. He voiced his...

concerns about not being reported to the credit bureau and I had assured him he had been. I even asked him to come in to the office so I could provide him with the proof that he had been reported on a timely manner. He chose to take the word of another company telling him we hadn’t reported him when in fact he has been reported to Transunion as an excellent customer with perfect pay history. I have tried several times to get him to come in and get a current copy of his credit report reflecting us as reporting him as agreed and he has continually failed to do so. We would be more than happy to provide this to him at any time at his convenience. We have done everything asked of us and we pride ourselves as being ethical and highly reputable.
