Thank you for your correspondents regarding the above referenced customer [redacted] brought his Honda Pilot, with 152,miles in for service to have his air conditioner eva luatedWe diagnosed the problem, informed him of the cost and with his approval made the repairsThe vehicle was delivered back to [redacted] on June 26, 2014, the same day the repairs were completed Since that time we have not heard from him regarding any issues he may have had with the vehicle We don't believe that the issue he is referring to is related at all to the repairs that we completed and again he did not notify us at any time of a problem Should you have any further questions, please contact me at [redacted]
