Just wanted to say THANK YOU! for your service yesterday (March 24)
I awoke to spraying sounds from the water supply in my 2nd floor laundry, and a pending disaster in the bathroom below I am disabled with severe emphysema and sudden emergencies such as these really freak me out and cause stress affecting my breathing
I want to thank Kim for organizing an emergency response, Andrew for getting the water turned off & evaluating the situation, and Terry for showing up not that much later to replace the valves and end this nightmare
It was a pleasure dealing with professionals
