I have reviewed the complaint from Mr. [redacted]. Coldwell Banker does not have record of Mr. [redacted]contacting the department about the gas service in May, June or July as the complaint states. Mr. [redacted]did contact Coldwell Banker in September regarding the gas service. Once Mr. [redacted] notified...

ColdwellBanker that the gas was disconnected I contacted the Owner/Landlord directly. The Owner/Landlord inturn contacted the utility providers and paid the past due amount to have the service reinstated.Coldwell Banker scheduled with Mr. [redacted] to meet the utility company to reinstate the service. Whenthe utility provider arrived to reinstate service, Mr. [redacted] was not present to provide access to the unit.Mr. [redacted] contacted us 3 days later stating that the gas was still not on. Coldwell Banker againcontacted the Owner/Landlord and he rescheduled with the gas provider. Mr. [redacted] was present forthis appointment. During the gas company's inspection, they found that the meter was located insidethe property. So, they pulled the meter and said they would not reconnect the service until new lineswere run to the exterior of the unit. Once completed, they would come back out and install the newmeter on the exterior of the building. This matter must be resolved by the Owner/Landlord.The only gas line to Mr. [redacted]'s property was for a gas stove. To help expedite the process ColdwellBanker set up a contractor to go out and add new electric line and electric stove to the unit. When thecontractor contacted Mr. [redacted] to come out, Mr. [redacted] started yelling at the contractor and said if hecalled again he would call the police. When the contractor alerted Coldwell Banker about the phone callI contacted Mr. [redacted] directly. He advised me he was done and would be moving out as of October 31st,2015. He did not want anyone to bother him or his unit while he was moving out. Coldwell Bankerwould have to wait until he vacated the property to complete any work to the property. To date neitherColdwell Banker nor the Owner/Landlord has received a bill for the gas service. The bills have beengoing to the previous Management Company.With the review of Mr. [redacted]'s complaint completed, Coldwell Banker sees no reason for a refund ofrent/funds.Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions you may have regarding this issue.

Staff Member (if you know):    **No Response**Complaint Information:    [redacted] has received a full refund and return of his vanity plates. [redacted] did purchase a 2005 Suzuki. The vehicle had an out of state title. [redacted] presented the transfer documentation our staff processed to the DMV in Rhode Island for title transfer. Unfortunatel,y Rhode Island DMV would not accept the documentation that was presented to them. [redacted] notified Shark Cycle and we began the process of "unwrapping" his deal, refunding his money and returning his plates. He received a full refund and his plates were returned USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, the Rhode Island post office returned his plates stating no such address and we resent again, to the same address and they were received. thank you for your support in this matter.
