I have reviewed the complaint from Mr [redacted] Coldwell Banker does not have record of Mr [redacted] contacting the department about the gas service in May, June or July as the complaint statesMr [redacted] did contact Coldwell Banker in September regarding the gas serviceOnce Mr [redacted] notified ColdwellBanker that the gas was disconnected I contacted the Owner/Landlord directlyThe Owner/Landlord inturn contacted the utility providers and paid the past due amount to have the service reinstated.Coldwell Banker scheduled with Mr [redacted] to meet the utility company to reinstate the serviceWhenthe utility provider arrived to reinstate service, Mr [redacted] was not present to provide access to the unit.Mr [redacted] contacted us days later stating that the gas was still not onColdwell Banker againcontacted the Owner/Landlord and he rescheduled with the gas providerMr [redacted] was present forthis appointmentDuring the gas company's inspection, they found that the meter was located insidethe propertySo, they pulled the meter and said they would not reconnect the service until new lineswere run to the exterior of the unitOnce completed, they would come back out and install the newmeter on the exterior of the buildingThis matter must be resolved by the Owner/Landlord.The only gas line to Mr [redacted] 's property was for a gas stoveTo help expedite the process ColdwellBanker set up a contractor to go out and add new electric line and electric stove to the unitWhen thecontractor contacted Mr [redacted] to come out, Mr [redacted] started yelling at the contractor and said if hecalled again he would call the policeWhen the contractor alerted Coldwell Banker about the phone callI contacted Mr [redacted] directlyHe advised me he was done and would be moving out as of October 31st,He did not want anyone to bother him or his unit while he was moving outColdwell Bankerwould have to wait until he vacated the property to complete any work to the propertyTo date neitherColdwell Banker nor the Owner/Landlord has received a bill for the gas serviceThe bills have beengoing to the previous Management Company.With the review of Mr [redacted] 's complaint completed, Coldwell Banker sees no reason for a refund ofrent/funds.Please feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions you may have regarding this issue
