I do not accept the words in the response you received from the business, there are many statements includedHowever, the outcome, if in fact it is true, is satisfactory Documentation to clear the alleged transaction from all records, credit, dealer and Wells Fargo, were requested from the MS dealer, but have not been received

We can not expunge the account from the credit because that would require to say something to the credit reporting agenciesI do feel that there is a lot of heresy in these responses from Mrs.***'s as she did not take any part in the transaction only its disputeUltimately, Mr*** is no worse for wear in fact they have a paid account on their credit which would only raise his scoreI see no need to further discuss this issueI would like Mrs*** to clarify if she removed her negative posts about this Dealership

On 07/18/17 Ms. Jo[redacted] brought her 2013 vehicle in for a recall mandated by Hyundai Corp. for possible engine failure with 61622 miles on it. The vehicle passed the test that manufacture required with no problems found. On 07/19/17 the vehicle was towed in to dealership with an engine failure due to...

the related 132 engine campaign, vehicle at that time had 61822 miles on it. Technician advised service advisor on 07/26/17 when recall engine was approved via Hyundai Corp. to contact customer that the battery was bad and needed to be replace. Service advisor contacted  customer and advised her that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced before the completion of recall could be done. The customer told the service advisor that she would buy a battery from an outside vendor and bring it in and he told her that was fine and there would be no additional charge to replace it. During the time to waiting for the engine to arrive the and the repair the customer was provided a rental car at no charge to her. A week or so before the vehicle was ready the customer showed up (we were hoping with a new battery) with two amen armed with guns and got very aggressive with the service advisor demanding that we replace the battery at no charge. The service advisor asked them all to leave nicely or he would call the authorities to handle the situation. The bad battery had no connection to replacing the engine and was an original equipment battery in a four year old vehicle with 61822 miles on it. After the customer left she came back later and apologized for the previous situation that happened. Customer picked up her vehicle after we had to jump start it for her and left. We fulfilled our obligation to the customer and manufacture.

To whom it may concern,   In reg[redacted]s to [redacted]/Kenneth [redacted] the management staff of Martin Swanty Hyundai has prepared the following statement:On 05/12/16 Mr. [redacted] came to the Dealership located 4180 N Stockton Hill rd in Kingman AZ and approached our sales associate Harold...

Ralph asking to look at trucks in his declared price range. Harold did his job and presented the few options we had for four wheel trucks under $20,000. Mr. [redacted] chose a 2004 Chevy Silverado. He was presented a deal, had his credit bureau inspected with a signed application for credit. We came to terms with both the bank and Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] did want to check with his credit union to see if they could beat our rate and we instructed him that was fine but he had a three business day window or we would cash our contract. He agreed and signed the twelve legally binding documents that consummated his transaction, in other words, he bought a truck. Mr. [redacted] was visiting from out of town and drove his initial vehicle back home with the promise of setting up a pick up time with his wife at a later date. This was not a red flag to us as we have lots of visitors from out of town this time of year. Several days later we did our due diligence and called Mr. [redacted] with a reminder that his courtesy three day window was expired but we held out a bit longer since he did not contact us. He asked for some pictures of the truck and a Carfax to be sent to his wife which Harold did via e-mail on 05/19/16. We funded the deal with WFDS, our best lender and waited for the [redacted]s to pick up the truck. Now this is sadly where things turned sour as unbeknownst to us Mrs. [redacted] was greatly agitated with Mr. [redacted] over the deal and it appears she told him to walk away from the deal. Thus Mr. [redacted] ignored us for sometime. Harold being frustrated asked our social media person, Michelle, to e-mail Mr. [redacted] which generated even more confusion. At that point the GSM intervened and sent an honest but blunt e-mail stating that Mr. [redacted] bought a car and if he contined to ignore it he would get a repossession on his credit bureau. This riled up the [redacted] household and Mr. [redacted] finally called back! Mr. [redacted] stated to the GSM, Nick White, that he was only at dealership for ten minutes and had no idea he bought a car. When that was contested Mr. [redacted] back pedaled and stated that he had never seen a contract before and didn't know what he signing. Mr. W[redacted] countered this statement by referring to Mr. [redacted]'s credit bureau that had over five recent (last 8 years) auto loans two of which were solely under his name. Mr. W[redacted] asked for Mr. [redacted] to stop lying and to be honest because this was a serious matter that needed to be rectified. Ultimately, no progress was made and Mrs. [redacted] launched a relentless social media assault on our Dealership's reputation based on the extremely limited information she had at her disposal(which is heresy). The true issue at hand is that all of these complaints and calls are generated by Mrs. [redacted], whom we have never conducted business with. This very complaint which refers to Mr. [redacted] in the third person is in third person because Mrs. [redacted] wrote it. How is that valid? How can I resolve an issue with someone who is not apart of this transaction? How can our Dealership's great reputation be allowed to be jeop[redacted]ized by someone who has never spent money here or even stepped foot on this lot? Unfair, I say, utterly unfair despicable behavior.  Mr. [redacted] went home and was obviously chastised and berated by his wife for making a purchase without her. Mr. [redacted] lied to Mr. W[redacted] under pressure he undoubtedly portrayed himself as a victim under Mrs. [redacted]'s interrogation. The true victim is this Dealership yet we must defend even step of this business transaction to someone who has been fed a tragic story of manipulation and strong armed salesman by her spouse who is too scared to stand up and accept responsibility for his our actions, pitiful. With that being said we will not risk this dealership's reputation and track record with the public or lenders. We have recalled the funds on this deal and wiped the slate clean for Mr. [redacted] even though we did nothing wrong. We have requested Mrs. [redacted] (who had posted Mr. White's e-mail to them in an attempt to make him the antagonist in this affair while omitting their name to protect there anonymity. Very gracious) to immediately stop her liable and slander campaign and remove what is already posted. If not, we will seek legal action to protect this Dealership and its employees.  Thus, there no longer is a complaint for us to respond to; the [redacted]s got what they wanted. That concludes the statement prepared by the management of Martin Swanty Hyundai. If further issues arise please contact via certified mail. We ask that this record be stricken from any public record as it was settled prior to this notice being received.Thank you for opportunity to respond,             Nick W[redacted]                               Harold R[redacted]                                Donnie W[redacted]    General Sales Manager                    Sales associate                      Owner/ General Manager

I do not accept the words in the response you received from the business, there are many false statements included. However, the outcome, if in fact it is true, is satisfactory.  Documentation to clear the alleged transaction from all records, credit, dealer and Wells Fargo, were requested from the MS dealer, but have not been received.
