This was the most unprofessional service I have ever used First, the website states they are located in Fairfield, which is close to where I was located, but the locksmith called from a Dayton number He told me it would be mins At the min mark, he calls back, and says he should be there in a few, it took longer than expected more minutes goes by, as I'm standing in the freezing cold at night, and I receive a call from the extremely unprofessional receptionist, who starts basically yelling at me asking me if "I thought this was free?" I told her No, and I had no idea what she was talking about I was waiting next to my car, freezing, and she must have called the wrong customer Another minutes go by, and the receptionist calls back saying the locksmith is on his way I sighed Then, another minutes goes by and the locksmith calls He asks me where I am I tell him and see him driving the wrong way in the parking garage When he arrives, he's on his cell, laughing like a little girl, again as I'm standing in the freezing cold He proceeds to tell me his not so hilarious story of how he pulled into the other end of the garage, and another person had locked their keys in their car, and he had thought it was his call Well, here's the thing...if they would've asked me what make/model vehicle I was driving, he may not have been confused The sad thing too, I'm almost certain he demanded payment from that unsuspecting girl, who simply thought he was being a Good Samaritan He asked me times if it was my car, like why on earth would I be standing in the cold, at night, in a business suit and heels, outside my employer, if it wasn't my car He then tells me it will be $ I almost passed out! That is the most expensive fee for an unlock I've ever heard of...$w/tax I give him my credit card, HE ASKS ME FOR A PEN, and then tells me I have to wait another minutes for the credit card approval Oh, and the business name isn't on the receipt at all WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A LOCKSMITH SERVICE EVER!!!! Don't use this business
