I did go back and replace a defective zone valve, it wasn't blown it was defective. What that valve does is it opens and closes when a thermostat calls for heat. I replaced it and everything was fine. I have a copy of the contract and a email that I responded to for [redacted], they misplaced their copy for the accountant, and I emailed a PDF copy of it on February 4,2013. The contract amount was $6,125.00 that was paid with check #1759 We performed a gas pressure as per inspection test on the piping as we would with any of our projects, and the test was good. I do not understand where this is all coming from almost 3 years later. I did work at their neighbors home, they had a problem with their hot water heater and it was repaired. The [redacted] never confronted me or my employees while we were doing work at their neighbors. I also have a copy of the contact with the neighbors, and it way on May 24, 2012 that we replaced their boiler. I never received any calls or emails stating that there was any other problem with our install. The only email that I have is that they need a copy of the invoice since they misplaced theirs. Since we were converting to gas, I also worked with them on scheduling the project. They had a full tank of oil and we kept in touch from February 10,2012 until the tank was empty. I always responded to the emails and calls. Please let me know what the issues were, as I was never contacted Thank you Martin Tomaszewsk

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: simply not true.  My neighbor also called several times to have replacement work done and calls were not answered.  They finally deleted him from their phone book because he was so unreliable.  After not responding to several calls regarding valve, I finally had to track him down while he was at my neighbors house.  I confronted him at neighbors house and he finally repsonded.  I've called numerous times regarding issues (gas leaks) and NO CALL were ever returned.  The issue with the threading was confirmed after another gas leak and another contractor came to fix.  They verified and showed us where the threading problem was.  Regards,[redacted]
