This is our response to the complaint filed by *** *** for work that was done home on July 24,
We were hired to install one gallon electric water heater in his homeHe had an existing gas water heater in the closet and he wanted replaced with an electricWe agreed to remove the gas
water heater in the closet and install the electric in the storage room by the carportThere was existing power in the storage roomWe used that power source to power up the water heaterThe power source was preexisting
That is all we agreed to doHe is claiming that we did not do all the work as agreed and is asking that we do additional work with is over and above the written signed contract
T am faxing to you the signed contract with the details of the work agreed upon
We are requesting that the complaint against our company be dropped as there is no base for the complaintWe have addressed this two previous time and are now responding for the third time
