I spoke to Mr *** and explained that I could repaint his hood but could not guarantee the paint to match because it was panel paintedHe does not want me to blend his fenders because he feels the doors won't match thenThe paint on his explorer is years old and his vehicle is in great shape,
but when u mix new paint it is going to be more vibrant because it is new vs paint that has been in the sun for yearsThere is not a body shop in Roanoke that will guarantee and exact paint match for any panel paintingI advised Mr *** we would repaint his hood but could not promise an exact match and he said he would have to get back to meHope we can resolve this but I'm not sure how I can make him happy
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
