I am rejecting this response because: He is lying,he told me that he was coming back next Monday with the gasket, never did, never called and after I called him he said that he didn't have the part (weeks after)He said that he didn't buy the part because he thought that I was "happy" with the refrigerator working, even when he told me that this was a temporary fix until he comes back on Monday with part

Company states: There was a lot of ice in the freezerIt took three guys to work on itWe did a lot of work for the consumer. We got the refrigerator going for about three weeksI told him that we needed to order the gasketI told him that but he was upset and wanted a refundI told him
that I could not give him a refund because of the work we had completedI don't think he understood the work that was required because he was not there
