Mrs [redacted] , I know that you are concerned that the job took longer than you've expectedIt will usually depend on how much stuff you have and how ready you are as well as how busy you keep our moversYou had two full truck load delivered to your new home and you called us that you also would want your refrigerator to be moved, so the very next day we moved it with free of charge after we finish your move the day beforeUsually a move like yours with two loads of truck back and forth would take this long and will cost this muchMaybe when we moved you back then, you did not have this much stuff that you have nowWe also made an exception with your refrigerator to make you happy since we would love to make all of our customers satisfied Thank you

When we showed up to your apartment on February 28,2015, we gave you an estimated time on how long it might take to move youWe didn't say anything about hours and plusI have the receipt from the start time to the end time and it only took hours for a three bedroom apartment
from second floor to first floor, and that's how long it would usually takeAs for your old, floor model, inch TV, we weren't able to move it so we gave you a dollar discount to not move the TVYou agreed with it and you also signed the contract as we finished the moveYou were satisfied with our work and the discount months ago, we don't understand what the reason is about the complain for todayIf you lost the receipt, we have the contract and we will send you a copy

*** is apparently unaware of what her *** did, as she wasn't here, & he is saying he didn't do it to keep his jobHe told *** when he called he was going in for a meeting with the ***, & would call him back afterwardHe said he didn't want anything on his record because he was going into the *** & wanted to keep it clean He never called backWe know he did it, he knows he did it, & that's all that mattersI am sorry this so-called business has to resort to lying, & getting their employees to do the sameMakes you wonder why they pay for insurance, if indeed they are insured!Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do want to apologize for the miscalculation of the hours I did believe it was hrsor I would never have filed a complaint with the wording The move and all the hours of preparation I was totally exhausted Yes you did take care of my getting myrefrigerator after days w/o, and I thank you Thank you for making this right I went to the Revdex.com because I just wanted it resolved I do hope the Revdex.com does not publish my complaint on your behalf, and do not think they will because the situation was resolved Thank you My address is *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

Miss***,I explained exactly what it would take and what we can do before we started the jobYou were telling me that you have heavy items and wanted lift gated because that's how the other movers you hired before us had moved youI told you that we have no lift gated trucks, and we weren't
able to move those itemsI offered extra two men to help with our other movers which makes it four men in total to move your items, but you had to pay extra for the additional moversYou said that you did not want to pay extra, and said that you will take care of those heavy items later yourself and for us to just move your other furnitureWe moved your three bedroom house for just four hoursYou called me yesterday about your concern that you payed $to somebody else to move those heavy items for you, and that you want your money that you payed to the others backHowever, we told you that we would have been able to move those items as well if you had payed for the extra men as well, and you didn't have to hire somebody else instead of us to do it for youYou could have payed less to us if you hired two more men to do your move with our original two men, and you did not have to hire those other people instead.Miss ***, we did what you asked for us to do with the offers we provided for you but you did not accept our other offers, so there was nothing more we could have done for youDo you think it is fair for us that you are asking for $to pay the other people that you have hired when you did not give us the opportunity to move for you instead of the ones that you hired later? We are sorry for the inconvenience, but there is nothing else we could have done for youAs you said, the movers did a wonderful job moving you for those four hours. We are sorry that you did not give us another choice, that was your choice of wanting it done that way in the moving date.Thank you for your business.- ***

You called me yesterday around 3pm, after your moving date was last SaturdayYou complained that our movers hit the girder on the top of your garageI did not hang up the phone when we last spoke, I told you that I will call the *** and ask if he actually did hit it or notYou
also told me that your *** will also call me about it, and I said "okay," then we hung upMy *** said that he did not hit the truck anywhereAfter your *** gave us a call back, he was telling me the same thing and I told him to call the *** to look at both our truck and your garageYour *** was also being extremely rude to me, and I told him to give me a call back when he decides to talk nicely, then I hung upI told my *** to call your ***, ***, to tell him that he did not hitMr*** was rude to him as well and told him that he is going to call the *** to let the *** know that he hit and run, and he is going to lock him upLastly, we called the *** and explained the situation, and the *** said no one called in to report a hit and run from Mr***The *** *** said that he was a property damage, we won't lock you upAlso, our truck has no damage of proof that it got hit

We moved you two months agoYour move took more than hours, but we only charged you hoursPlus, we came the next day to move your refrigerator with no chargeAfter two months, you've read other reviews from other customers and I would like to point out that those were totally different issues as well as movers, which are no longer working with us anymoreIt's not the $that's the issue, before you complain to the Revdex.com, why didn't you call us and let us know two months ago when this was the issue back then?
Please send your mailing address and we will send you check for $which is the two hours spend on the refrigerator to make you satisfied
