Voicemail response received from company as follows: The company stated the issue was resolved as of 6/1/17. The company stated that their computers were down for one week and they were not aware of the complaint filed with the Revdex.com. The company stated the consumer was not willing to
wait until they could a replacement plant so they refunded the consumer's money
