I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Floor Manager was called by check- out employee and Floor Manager cancelled this chargeA past overcharge was cancelled at the customer service deskIs their no communication between managers to managers and managers to employees at this store? I can't be the only customer complaining about thisWhy should I, the customer be burdened further by specifically requesting the Manager - on - Duty?
